摘要
目的:分析朱氏加味没竭汤治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月上海市宝山区顾村镇菊泉新城社区卫生服务中心收治的气滞血瘀型痛经患者68例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)和研究组(34例)。对照组给予布洛芬治疗,研究组给予朱氏加味没竭汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组腹痛、经血血块、经血色暗、乳胁胀痛评分降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.021)。治疗后,两组血小板活化因子水平降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组α-内啡肽、β-内啡肽水平升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:朱氏加味没竭汤治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的效果显著,可以改善患者临床症状,调节外周血细胞因子水平。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Zhu's Jiawei Mojie Decoction in treating dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 68 dysmenorrhea patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis admitted to Shanghai Baoshan District Gucun Town Juquan New City Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(34 cases)and study group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with ibuprofen,and the study group was treated with Zhu's Jiawei Mojie Decoction.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,menstrual blood clots,dark menstrual blood and breast hypochondriac distending pain in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.021).After treatment,the levels of platelet-activating factor in the two groups decreased and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels ofα-endorphin andβ-endorphin in the two groups increased,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhu's Jiawei Mojie Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and can ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients and regulate the levels of peripheral blood cytokines.
