混凝土空心砌块墙在填充混凝土侧压力下的数值分析

Numerical Analysis of Concrete Hollo Block Walls under Lateral Pressure of Filling Concrete in Tunnels

摘要 文中针对废弃巷道处理中广泛采用的混凝土空心砌块墙封堵技术,对其在填充混凝土侧压力作用下的受力状态进行了深入的数值分析。结合实际工程案例,详细介绍了混凝土空心砌块墙的设计参数、约束条件以及浇筑混凝土侧向荷载的确定方法。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了混凝土空心砌块墙的三维模型,并考虑了混凝土初凝时间对侧压力的影响,进行了两种不同工况下的受力分析。结果表明,混凝土浇筑速度控制在0.5 m/h以内时,砌体墙的主压应力、砂浆主压应力、灰缝处砌体主拉应力及剪应力均满足GB 50003—2011《砌体结构设计规范》的要求。 This article focuses on the widely used concrete hollo block wall support technology in the treatment of abandoned tunnels,and conducts in-depth numerical analysis of its stress state under the lateral pressure of filled concrete.Based on practical engineering cases,this article provides a detailed introduction to the design parameters,constraint conditions,and determination methods of lateral loads on concrete hollo block walls during pouring.A three-dimensional model of concrete hollo block wall was established using finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the influence of initial setting time of concrete on lateral pressure was considered.Two different stress analyses were conducted under two different working conditions.The results show that when the concrete pouring speed is controlled within 0.5m/h,the main compressive stress of the masonry wall,the main compressive stress of the mortar,the main tensile stress and shear stress of the masonry at the mortar joint all meet the requirements of the"Code for Design of Masonry Structures"GB50003—2011.
