摘要
随着我国老年医学科的发展和老年综合评估(CGA)评估技术的推广,仅仅将CGA量表从纸质向电子化转变不能满足当前或未来专科临床需求。CGA技术在应用中也需因老年人不同生活环境、社会因素、干预条件和干预效果等因素进行调整,以满足不同应用场景需要。笔者基于敏捷思维,采用结构化量表管理方式,构建老年综合评估信息系统。将量表配置深入至量表中的题目、选项、结果、计算规则等,实现提升CGA技术应用的灵活性和通用性。
With the development of geriatric medicine in China and the promotion of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)assessment technology,simply transforming CGA assessment scales from paper to electronic is not enough to meet current or future clinical needs in specialized fields.CGA evaluation technology needs to be adjusted in its application based on different living environments,social factors,intervention conditions,and intervention effects of the elderly to meet the needs of different application environments.Based on agile thinking,the author adopts a structured scale management approach to construct an elderly comprehensive evaluation information system.Deepen the scale configuration to the questions,options,results,calculation rules,etc.in the scale.This approach greatly enhancing the flexibility and versatility of CGA evaluation technology applications.
