特厚煤层综放面窄煤柱沿空掘巷围岩控制技术研究

摘要 为保证塔山煤矿特厚煤层窄煤柱沿空巷道的安全稳定,以5302辅助运输巷支护为工程背景,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟、工业试验等方法,展开窄煤柱沿空巷道围岩控制技术研究。提出覆岩空间大结构水力切顶弱化卸压控制技术。数值模拟研究表明,在沿空巷道煤柱侧及实体煤侧顶板进行切顶后,可降低实体煤壁内应力集中程度,改善巷道围岩的高应力环境,参照数值模拟结果设计了水力压裂切顶卸压技术方案。并确定“破碎围岩锚注一体化”支护方案,现场试验与综合矿压监测表明,巷道围岩变形量控制在合理范围内,证明了联合控制技术的合理性和可行性。 In order to realize the safety and stability of the narrow coal pillar goaf in Tashan Coal Mine,taking the 5302 auxiliary transport channelling support as the engineering background,the research on the surrounding rock control technology of the narrow coal pillar goaf roadway is carried out by comprehensive application of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and industrial test.The hydraulic fracturing top cutting and pressure relief control technology for large structures in overburden space is proposed.The numerical simulation research shows that the top cutting on the coal pillar side and the solid coal side roof of the goaf roadway can reduce the stress concentration in the solid coal wall and improve the high stress environment of the roadway surrounding rock.The hydraulic fracturing top cutting and pressure relief technology scheme is designed according to the numerical simulation results.Field test and comprehensive mine pressure monitoring show that the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is controlled within a reasonable range,which proves the rationality and feasibility of the joint control technology.
