地面L型抽采钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯合理布置位置研究

摘要 为解决石港煤业15号煤层回采工作面瓦斯浓度严重超标的问题,拟在15405回采工作面使用地面L型钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯。为了验证采用该抽采工艺的合理性并确定L型钻孔的最优布置参数,采用COMSOL模拟软件建立三维裂隙场模型,分析采空区瓦斯运移和富集规律,结果表明:L型高位钻孔水平段的合理终孔范围为:垂直方向上距煤层顶板19~29 m,水平方向上距回风巷上帮13~23 m,L型抽采钻孔可有效将上隅角瓦斯体积分数降至1%以下,预计可解决工作面瓦斯的控制问题。 In order to solve the serious problem of excessive gas concentration in the 15# coal seam mining face of Shigang coal industry,it is proposed to use L-shaped surface borehole to extract goaf gas in the 15405 mining face.In order to verify the rationality of the extraction process and determine the optimal layout parameters of L-shaped drilling,COMSOL simulation software was used to establish a three-dimensional fracture field model and analyze the law of gas migration and accumulation in gob.The results show that the reasonable final hole range of the horizontal section of L-shaped high level drilling is as follows:The gas concentration in the upper corner can be reduced to less than 1% by L-type extraction drilling hole,which is 19~29 m away from the coal seam roof in the vertical direction and 13~23 m away from the upper side of the return air roadway in the horizontal direction.It is expected to solve the problem of gas control in the working face.
