铁路物流中心运营阶段碳排放计算方法

摘要 铁路物流中心是多式联运立体网络中的关键组成部分,也是货运碳排放的重要来源。对铁路物流中心运营阶段产生的碳排放进行计算并提出针对性减排策略,从而更好地发挥铁路绿色低碳环保优势。首先,从铁路物流中心内部货物周转的角度出发,对铁路物流中心主要作业内容进行梳理,划分碳排放的计算范围,得出铁路物流中心碳排放清单。在此基础上,分析铁路物流中心不同设备设施的作业方式,采用碳排放因子法对不同能源类型的作业设备进行分类后归纳计算。其次,以某二级铁路物流中心为例,定量计算其2021年运营时产生的碳排放量为15.16万t。结果表明,水平运输设备的碳排放量占运营阶段总排放量的50%以上,其次为装卸搬运设备,固定设备占比最少。碳排放的主要来源为柴油与电力消耗,其中柴油占比51%,电力占比49%。最后,基于计算结果,进一步研究影响碳排放量的因素,分别讨论增加电力机车投入比例、减少电力碳排放系数与提升装卸搬运设备运行效率的减排效果。通过计算对比发现,增加电力机车的投入比例具有较好的节能减排效果,是铁路物流中心早日实现低碳运营的重要手段。未来,铁路物流中心可从改善能源运用结构、优化设备工作时长等方面减少其碳排放,推动铁路物流中心绿色发展。 The railway logistics center is a key component of the multi-transport three-dimensional network,and it is also an important source of carbon emissions of freight.The carbon emissions generated by the Railway Logistics Center during the operation stage is calculate and targeted emission reduction strategies are propose,so as better play the advantages of railway green and low-carbon environmental protection.First of all,from the perspective of the cargo turnover inside the railway logistics center,this paper combs the main operating content of the railway logistics center,divides the calculation range of carbon emissions,and obtains the carbon emission list of the railway logistics center.On this basis,the operation methods of different equipment and facilities in the railway logistics center are analyzed,and the carbon emissions factor method is used to classify the operation equipment of different energy types and summarize the calculation.Secondly,taking a second-level railway logistics center as an example,the quantitative calculation of the carbon emissions generated during operation in 2021 is 151600 t.The results show that the carbon emissions of horizontal transportation equipment accounts for more than 50%of the total discharge of the operating stage,followed by loading and unloading and handling equipment,and the fixed equipment covers the least.The main sources of carbon emissions are diesel and electricity consumption,of which diesel accounts for 51%and electricity accounts for 49%.Finally,based on the calculation results,the factors that affect the amount of carbon emissions are further study,and the effect of increasing the proportion of electric locomotive investment,increasing power carbon emissions coefficients,and improving the operation efficiency of loading and unloading equipment is discussed.The calculating comparison shows that increasing the investment ratio of electric locomotives has a good energy-saving and emission reduction effect and it is an important means for the railway logistics center to achieve low-carbon operation at an early date.In the future,the railway logistics center can reduce its carbon emissions by improving energy application structure and optimizing equipment working hours.
