摘要
本文聚焦于中职校烹饪专业西餐制作课程,深入探讨了人工智能在该课程教学中的应用,分析了人工智能应用于西餐制作课程教学的优势,包括丰富教学资源、创新教学方法、提升实践效果和优化教学评价等方面,阐述了人工智能在西餐制作课程教学中的具体应用场景,如智能教学平台辅助教学、虚拟现实技术创设实践情境、智能设备提升烹饪实践效果、智能评价系统助力教学评估等。同时,针对应用过程中面临的挑战,本文提出了相应的应对策略,旨在推动人工智能与中职校西餐制作课程教学的深度融合,提高教学质量,培养适应现代西餐行业需求的高素质技能人才。
This paper focuses on the Western cuisine making courses in secondary vocational school culinary programs and deeply explores the application of artificial intelligence in the teaching of these courses.It analyzes the advantages of applying artificial intelligence to the teaching of Western cuisine making courses,including enriching teaching resources,innovating teaching methods,enhancing practical effects,and optimizing teaching evaluation.The specific application scenarios of artificial intelligence in the teaching of Western cuisine making courses are elaborated,such as intelligent teaching platforms assisting teaching,virtual reality technology creating practical scenarios,intelligent devices improving cooking practice effects,and intelligent evaluation systems facilitating teaching assessment.At the same time,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to address the challenges faced during the application process,aiming to promote the in-depth integration of artificial intelligence and the teaching of Western cuisine making courses in secondary vocational schools,improve teaching quality,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents to meet the needs of the modern Western cuisine industry.
