摘要
本文概述了黄檗的繁殖技术、有效成分、药理作用、生理学特性、生态学特性和遗传变异规律方面的研究现状,并提出了现阶段黄檗育种策略,包括进一步开展种源区划、加强目的性状选育、丰富杂交方式、扩宽杂交范围、营建高世代种子园。
The research status of propagation technologies,active ingredients,pharmacological effects,physiological characteristics,ecological characteristics and genetic variation regularity of Phellodendron amurense were summarized in this paper.The breeding strategies of Phellodendron amurense at the present stage were put forward,such as further developing provenance division,strengthening breeding based target trait,enriching hybridization methods,broadening hybridization range,and constructing advanced-generation seed orchard.
