AA1235铝合金铸轧坯料生产0.005 mm电容器用铝箔的工艺开发

Research on the production process of 0.005 mm-thick capacitor aluminum foil with cast-rolled AA1235 aluminum alloy blanks

摘要 随着电子产品朝着小型化和高性能方向发展,市场对高能量密度电容器性能的要求越来越高。结合公司现有设备,设计开发了利用AA1235铝合金坯料制备0.005 mm电容器铝箔的生产工艺,并进行了工业试制。根据AA1235铝合金铸轧坯料的特点,从箔材的力学性能、针孔缺陷、板形、除油效果和起棱缺陷控制入手,对箔轧工艺和中间退火工艺进行了优化,成功制备出了厚度为0.005 mm的电容器铝箔合格产品。 As electronic products continue to evolve towards miniaturization and high performance,the market's demands for the quality and performance of high-energy-density capacitors are increasingly growing.Based on theoretical analysis and utilizing the company′s existing equipment,a production process for manufacturing 0.005 mm-thick capacitor aluminum foil with cast-rolled AA1235 alloy blanks was designed and developed,followed by industrial trials.Taken into account the characteristics of cast-rolled AA1235 aluminum alloy blanks,optimizations were made to the foil rolling and intermediate annealing processes by focusing on the mechanical properties of the foil,pinhole defects,flatness,degreasing effectiveness,and control of ridging defects.As a result,qualified 0.005 mm-thick capacitor aluminum foil products were successfully produced.
