摘要
人的全面发展是共同富裕的价值旨归。党的十八大以来,中国共产党一体谋划扎实推动共同富裕和促进人的全面发展的实践,形成了以共同富裕赋能人的全面发展的现实方案。这一过程的内在机理是,全民富裕促进“人”的全面发展、全面富裕促进“人的需要”的全面发展、共建富裕促进“人的劳动和能力”的全面发展、渐进富裕促进“人的社会关系”的全面发展、共享富裕促进“人的自由个性”的全面发展。新时期以共同富裕赋能人的全面发展,必须坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,培育和发展新质生产力,完善收入分配制度,促进全体人民精神生活共同富裕,开显出人的全面发展的当代形态。
The all-round development of people is the ultimate goal of common prosperity.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party has made integrated plans and made solid efforts to promote common prosperity and the all-round development of people,forming a practical solution that empowers the all-round development of people through common prosperity.The internal mechanism of this process is that universal prosperity promotes the all-round development of“people”,comprehensive prosperity promotes the all-round development of“people’s needs”,co-construction of prosperity promotes the all-round development of"people's labor and abilities",progressive prosperity promotes the all-round development of“people’s social relations”,and shared prosperity promotes the all-round development of“people’s free individuality”.In the new era,to empower the all-round development of people through common prosperity,it is necessary to adhere to the people-centered development ideology,cultivate and develop new quality productivity,improve the income distribution system,promote the common prosperity of the spiritual life of all people,and reveal the contemporary form of the all-round development of people.Key words:solidly promoting common.
