摘要
随着美容行业蓬勃发展,企业对医学美容技术专业的人才要求越来越高,致使医学美容技术专业教学的改革与探索面临着诸多问题。文章重点分析了湖南中医药高等专科学校基于岗课赛证的“四融三评”模式在培养医学美容技术高技能人才方面的实施路径。文章关注行业对于高技能医学美容技术人才的需求,分析医学美容技术专业现状,从“岗位”“课程”“竞赛”及“证书”4个方面提供本专业改革措施,不断优化专业教学实施路径,建立以技能和素质培养为主线的教学体系,更新人才培养特色,组成结构合理的教学团队,强化师资队伍建设,更好地培养具有家国情怀、德技并修、对接健康美容产业链、满足人民对美好生活向往的医学美容技术技能人才,推动职业教育育人模式的进一步发展。
With the vigorous development of the beauty industry,enterprises have higher and higher requirements for the talents of medical cosmetology technology major,which leads to many problems in the reform and exploration of the teaching of medical cosmetology technology major.The article mainly analyzes the implementation path of the model of"four integration and three evaluation"based on the post-coursecompetition-certificate in Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College in the cultivation of high-skilled medical cosmetology talents.The article focuses on the demand for highly skilled talents in the medical cosmetology industry and analyzes the current state of the medical cosmetology technology major.It proposes reform measures for this major from four aspects:"post","course","competition"and"certificate".The aim is to continuously optimize the implementation path of professional teaching,establish a teaching system centered around skill and quality development,update talent cultivation characteristics,form a teaching team with a reasonable structure,strengthen the construction of the faculty,and better cultivate medical cosmetology technical talents who possess a love for their country,cultivate both moral character and technical skills,align with the health and beauty industry chain,and meet people's aspirations for a better life.This will further advance the educational model of vocational education.
