摘要
邢东矿11235工作面为孤岛工作面,片帮严重进而造成端面冒顶,导致工作面无法顺利推进,严重威胁着人员和设备的安全。通过对煤壁片帮特征进行分析,决定对煤壁采用高分子复合材料进行注浆加固,对注浆参数进行设计,结合科学注浆材料的施工工艺,减少了作业面推进过程中煤壁片帮、溜砟等问题的发生,保障了工作面的安全生产。
The 11235 working face of Xingdong Coal Mine is an isolated island working face.The serious slope leads to the collapse of the end face,which leads to the failure of smooth advancing of the working face and seriously threatens the safety of personnel and equipment.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of coal wall spalling,it was decided to use polymer composite materials for grouting reinforcement of coal wall,design grouting parameters,and combine scientific construction technology of grouting materials to reduce the occurrence of middling coal wall spalling,ballast sliding and other problems in the process of advancing the working face,and ensure the safe production of the working face.
