摘要
目的分析妊娠高血压疾病胎盘组织CCAAT增强子结合蛋白A(CEBPA)、血清内皮素1表达及意义。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月海南现代妇女儿童医院收治的妊娠高血压疾病患者48例为研究组,另选取于海南现代妇女儿童医院进行分娩的健康孕产妇24例为对照组。两组均行胎盘组织CEBPA、血清内皮素1水平检测。统计妊娠高血压疾病病情严重程度,分析不同病情严重程度患者胎盘组织CEBPA、血清内皮素1指标水平。结果与对照组相比,研究组胎盘组织CEBPA阳性细胞百分比、血清内皮素1水平较高(P<0.05)。与妊娠高血压组相比,轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期组胎盘组织CEBPA阳性细胞百分比、血清内皮素1水平均升高,且重度子痫前期组高于轻度子痫前期组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,内皮素1、CEBPA阳性细胞百分比是孕妇发生妊娠高血压疾病的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压疾病患者胎盘组织CEBPA阳性细胞百分比、血清内皮素1水平均较高,CEBPA和内皮素1可能在疾病严重程度评估中具有潜在的临床意义。
Objective Analyze the expression and significance of CCAAT enhancer binding protein A(CEBPA)in placental tissue and serum endothelin-1 in gestational hypertension.Methods 48 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Hainan Modern Women and Children’s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study group,and 24 healthy pregnant women who gave birth at Hainan Modern Women and Children’s Hospital were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent placental tissue CEBPA and serum endothelin-1 level testing.Statistically assess the severity of gestational hypertension and analyze the levels of CEBPA in placental tissue and serum endothelin-1 in patients with different degrees of severity.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher percentage of CEBPA positive cells in placental tissue and higher levels of serum endothelin-1(P<0.05).Compared with the gestational hypertension group,the percentage of CEBPA positive cells in placental tissue and serum endothelin-1 levels were increased in the mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group,and the severe preeclampsia group was higher than the mild preeclampsia group(P<0.05).The results of the multiple logistic regression model analysis showed that the percentage of endothelin-1 and CEBPA positive cells was an independent influencing factor for the occurrence of gestational hypertension in pregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gestational hypertension have a higher percentage of CEBPA positive cells in placental tissue and higher levels of serum endothelin-1.CEBPA and endothelin-1 may have potential clinical significance in assessing the severity of the disease.
