摘要
当前世界各国纷纷发布国家数字战略,开启并加速数字化进程。我国《“十四五”数字经济发展规划》等文件的发布,标志着数字化转型已从企业层面上升为国家战略,数字化转型已经成为企业的必答题。要确保数字化转型工作扎实落地,项目管理工作发挥着关键支撑作用。本文即从数字化转型的落地途径,引出项目管理的理论体系介绍并阐述项目管理在数字化转型中的关键作用。
As countries around the world release national digital strategies to accelerate digitalization,China’s“14th Five-Year Plan for Digital Economic Development”has elevated digital transformation from a corporate initiative to a national strategy.Digital transformation has become a necessity for enterprises to remain competitive.To ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation,project management plays a crucial role in providing strategic support.This paper explores the pathways for implementing digital transformation,introduces the theoretical framework of project management,and discusses its key role in digital transformation initiatives.By integrating project management principles with digital strategies,enterprises can achieve more effective and sustainable digital transformation.
