摘要
本研究旨在对比分析青藏高原寒区3种十字花科人工牧草康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)蛋白组分及体外发酵参数,为十字花科人工牧草的合理栽培及其饲用价值优化提供科学依据。选择青藏高原寒区常见的3种十字花科人工牧草(华油杂62油菜、饲油2号油菜和芸芥)为研究对象,测定3种牧草的常规营养成分,采用CNCPS对其蛋白组分进行分析,并结合体外瘤胃发酵技术综合评定3种牧草的饲用价值。结果表明,华油杂62油菜的粗蛋白(CP)含量显著高于饲油2号油菜和芸芥(P<0.05),华油杂62油菜和芸芥的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于饲油2号油菜(P<0.05)。华油杂62油菜的中速降解蛋白(PB_2)显著高于饲油2号油菜和芸芥(P<0.05)。华油杂62油菜的真蛋白(TCP)和可利用真蛋白(ATCP)均最高。3种牧草可利用粗蛋白(uCP)含量差异均不显著(P>0.05),华油杂62油菜的pH和微生物蛋白(MCP)含量最高,均显著高于饲油2号油菜(P<0.05)。3种牧草间乙酸(AA)、丙酸(PA)、异丁酸(IBA)、丁酸(BA)、异戊酸(IVA)、戊酸(VA)和总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,华油杂62油菜饲用价值较高,可推广为青藏高原寒区十字花科主要人工牧草。
The purpose of this experiment was to compare and analyze the protein components of artificially cultivated cruciferous herbage by Cor-nellnet carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS),and in vitro fermentation parameters of these for-ages in the high-cold region of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau,aiming to provide a scientific basis for the rationally using of cultivation Crucif-erous forage grass and preferably optimizing the value of feeding.Three kinds of Cruciferous herb-age(Brassica napus L.huayouza 62,Brassica napus L.siyou 2 and Eruca sativa Mill.)commonly were selected as the research objects,and determined the nutrient composition of the forage,and the protein components of the three forages were analyzed by Cornell-net carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS),and the feed value of the three forages was comprehensively evaluated by rumen fermentation in vitro.The results showed that the Brassica napus L.huayouza 62 had the highest crude protein,which was significantly higher than that of Brassica napus L.siyou 2 and Eruca sativa Mill.(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in NDF and ADF content between Brassica napus L.huayouza 62 and Eruca sativa Mill.(P>0.05),but both were significantly higher than those of Brassica napus L.siyou 2.Brassica napus L.huayouza 62 was significant higher than that of Brassica napus L.siyou 2 and Eruca sativa Mill.in PB2(P<0.05).The TCP and ATCP of Brassica napus L.huayouza 62 were the highest.There was no significant difference in uCP content among Brassica napus L.huayouza 62,Brassica napus L.siyou 2.and Eruca sativa Mill.(P>0.05),while the pH value and MCP content of Brassica napus L.huayouza 62 were the highest,which were significantly higher than those of Brassica napus L.siyou 2(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the contents of acetic acid,propionic acid,isobutyric acid,butyric acid,isovaleric acid,valeric acid and total volatile fatty acids among three forages(P>0.05).In conclusion,Bras-sica napus L.huayouza 62 has a high feed value,which could be promoted as the main artificial cruciferous herbage of the cruciferous family in the high-cold region of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau,and play a role in the development of local husbandry industry.
