摘要
目的通过探讨药物致静脉炎不良反应临床特征及药物分布,为安全用药提供参考。方法在中国知网、万方、PubMed等数据库中,检索2008-2022年关于药物致静脉炎不良反应个案报道,进行汇总分析。结果纳入个案报道91篇,患者110例,男性63例(57.27%),女性47例(42.73%);1~18岁患者较少(5例,4.55%),60岁(不包含)以上患者较多(52例,47.27%),平均年龄(49.90±19.97)岁;不良反应发生时间主要集中在用药1~7 d(41例,37.27%);3级静脉炎患者较多(57例,51.81%);发生部位有输液侧手背、前臂、肘窝;干预措施11种;涉及药品10类。结论多种因素导致静脉炎不良反应,临床用药应加强监护,采取合适的干预措施。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of drug-induced phlebitis in order to provide a reference for the safe use of drugs in clinic.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,and PubMed databases were searched to retrieve case reports of drug-induced phlebitis collected between 2008 and 2022 before analyzing them with the Excel software.Results A total of 110 cases of drug-induced phlebitis were obtained,involving 63 males(57.27%)and 47 females(42.73%).There were more patients over 60(52 cases,47.27%)than those ages 1 to 18(5 cases,4.55%),with an average age of 49.90±19.97 years.Adverse reactions mostly occurred 1-7 d(41 cases,37.27%)after medication.The number of patients with gradeⅢphlebitis was the largest(57 cases,51.81%).The sites of adverse drug reactions were the back of the hand,forearm and elbow socket on the side of infusion.There were eleven types of interventions and ten types of drugs were involved.Conclusion Multiple factors can induce drug-related phlebitis,which deserves attention and requires appropriate interventions.
