摘要
本研究以马铃薯品种辽薯6号为试验材料,设置正常水分对照(CK)及20%聚乙二醇-6000(PEG)干旱胁迫(T1)、30μmol/L褪黑素+20%PEG干旱胁迫(T2)、60μmol/L褪黑素+20%PEG干旱胁迫(T3)、90μmol/L褪黑素+20%PEG干旱胁迫(T4)和120μmol/L褪黑素+20%PEG干旱胁迫(T5)5个处理,通过叶面喷施褪黑素,研究干旱胁迫条件下马铃薯幼苗形态、光合特性及产量对外源褪黑素的响应机理。结果表明:与CK相比,20%聚乙二醇-6000干旱胁迫处理显著降低了马铃薯幼苗的株高、茎粗、光合特性参数和单株结薯重。干旱胁迫条件下,喷施适宜浓度的褪黑素可有效改善马铃薯幼苗的生长状况及生理生化特性。60μmol/L褪黑素+20%聚乙二醇-6000干旱胁迫处理下,马铃薯幼苗株高和茎粗分别比T1处理提高了15%和29%,净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别比T1处理提高了21%、28%和16%,最大光化学量子效率、表观电子传递速率、光化学猝灭系数分别比T1处理提高了8%、6%、14%,超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性分别比T1处理提高了8%、39%和9%,单株结薯数、平均单薯重和单株结薯重分别比T1处理提高了12.5%、7.1%和22.8%。综合分析认为,在20%聚乙二醇-6000干旱胁迫下,叶片喷施60μmol/L褪黑素处理有利于促进马铃薯幼苗生长,增强光合能力和抗氧化性,提高产量。
In this study,the potato variety Liaoshu 6 was used as the experimental material.Control and five treatments were set up:normal water(CK),20%polyethylene glycol-6000(PEG)drought stress(T1),30μmol/L melatonin+20%PEG drought stress(T2),60μmol/L melatonin+20%PEG drought stress(T3),90μmol/L melatonin+20%PEG drought stress(T4)and 120μmol/L melatonin+20%PEG drought stress(T5).The response mechanism of potato seedling morphology,photosynthetic characteristics and yield to exogenous melatonin under drought stress was studied by spraying melatonin on leaves.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,photosynthetic characteristics and tuber weight per plant of potato seedlings under 20%polyethylene glycol-6000 drought stress were significantly reduced compared with CK.Under drought stress,spraying appropriate concentration of melatonin could effectively improve the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of potato seedlings.Compared with T1 treatment,the plant height and stem diameter of potato seedlings under 60μmol/L melatonin+20%polyethylene glycol-6000 drought stress were increased by 15%and 29%,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were increased by 21%,28%and 16%,the maximum photochemical quantum efficiency,apparent electron transport rate and photochemical quenching coefficient were increased by 8%,6%and 14%,the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and ascorbate oxidase were increased by 8%,39%and 9%,and the tuber number per plant,average tuber weight and tuber weight per plant were increased by 12.5%,7.1%and 22.8%,respectively.The results of comprehensive analysis indicated that under 20%polyethylene glycol-6000 drought stress,spraying 60μmol/L melatonin on leaves was beneficial to promote the growth of potato seedlings,enhance photosynthetic capacity and antioxidant capacity,and increase yield.
