表面改性Sb_(2)O_(3)对阻燃ABS/DBDPE/Sb_(2)O_(3)复合材料性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of surface modified Sb_(2)O_(3) on properties of flame-retardant ABS/DBDPE/Sb_(2)O_(3) composites

摘要 采用NDZ-201、GR-A118、KH-550和DPAK 4种表面改性剂,通过湿法球磨技术对Sb_(2)O_(3)颗粒进行表面处理。利用FTIR、XRD和SEM等对Sb_(2)O_(3)改性前后的结构和形貌进行表征。通过挤出造粒和注射成型制备ABS/DBDPE/Sb_(2)O_(3)复合材料,研究2%的4种表面改性剂改性Sb_(2)O_(3)对复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明,4种表面改性剂改性Sb_(2)O_(3)对复合材料综合性能有一定的影响;表面改性后,复合材料的加工性明显提高;改性后保持较好的阻燃性能和热性能,垂直燃烧全部通过了UL 94 V-0等级;改性后力学性能有不同程度的提升,且冲击性能提升较明显;其中NDZ-201改性复合材料的冲击强度为46.99 kJ/m^(2),较未改性复合材料提升了36.01%,且弯曲强度也有一定提高;综合各项性能,NDZ-201和DPAK都有较好的改性效果,有利于复合材料加工性能和力学性能的提升。 Four surface modifiers,NDZ-201,GR-A118,KH-550 and DPAK,were used to modify Sb_(2)O_(3) particles by wet ball milling.The structure and morphology of Sb_(2)O_(3) before and after modification were characterized by FTIR,XRD and SEM.ABS/DBDPE/Sb_(2)O_(3) composite was prepared by extrusion granulation and injection molding.The effect of Sb_(2)O_(3) modified by four surface modifiers of 2 % on the composite properties was studied.The results show that Sb_(2)O_(3) modified by four surface modifiers has a certain effect on the comprehensive properties of the composite.After surface modification,the machinability of the composite is obviously improved.After modification,good flame retardancy and thermal properties are maintained,and all vertical combustion passes the UL 94 V-0 grade.After modification,the mechanical properties are improved in different degrees,and the impact properties are improved obviously.The NDZ-201-modified composite presented impact strength of 46.99 kJ/m^(2).This result is 36.01 % higher than the impact strength of unmodified composite.Moreover,the bending strength of the modified composite was also improved to some extent.NDZ-201 and DPAK exhibit good modification effect,facilitating an improvement in the machining and mechanical properties of composites.
