摘要
目的 分析医院卫生管理中持续质量改进的价值。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年8月寿光市人民医院的21名医护人员为研究对象。2023年9月—2024年2月实施常规医院卫生管理为普通组,2024年3—8月实施持续质量改进为实践组。比较两组管理质量、管理效果、个人技能、管理满意率。结果 实践组管理质量评分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组手卫生执行率及合格率、无菌操作规范率均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组理论、实操技能评分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组管理满意率为95.24%(20/21),高于普通组的71.43%(15/21),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05)。结论 持续质量改进应用在医院卫生管理中可使管理质量得到全面提升,各医护人员的管理技能也会增强,能优化手卫生、无菌操作的管理效果,满意率高。
Objective To analyze the value of continuous quality improvement in hospital health management.Meth⁃ods Twenty-one medical staff in Shouguang People's Hospital from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects.The general group implemented routine hospital health management from September 2023 to Feb⁃ruary 2024,and the practice group implemented continuous quality improvement from March to August 2024.The management quality,management effect,personal skills and management satisfaction rate of the two groups were com⁃pared.Results The scores of management quality in practice group were higher than those in general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The hand hygiene execution rate and pass rate,standard rate of aseptic operation of the practice group were higher than those of the general group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).The scores of theoretical and practical skills in the practice group were higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of manage⁃ment in the practice group was 95.24%(20/21),which was higher than 71.43%(15/21)in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.286,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improve⁃ment in hospital health management can comprehensively improve the management quality,and the management skills of medical staff will also be enhanced,which can optimize the management effect of hand hygiene and aseptic operation,with a high satisfaction rate.
