摘要
神经内分泌肿瘤(NENs)起源于神经内分泌细胞,多见于消化系统。生长抑素受体(SSTR)在NEN细胞上普遍过表达,为成像提供了一个独特、特定的分子靶点。奥曲肽是一种合成的生长抑素类似物(SSA),在1983年首次被放射性标记,可以用核医学伽马相机进行SSTR成像。目前,已经将^(111)In-pentetreotide,^(68)Ga-SSA,^(18)F-SSA,^(64)Cu-SSA等放射性标记药物用于NEN成像。
Neuroendocrine neoplasms(NENs)arise from the diffuse neuroendocrine cells and most frequently occur in the digestive system.Somatostatin receptors(SSTR)are overexpressed on a wide range of NEN cells,providing a unique and specific molecular target for imaging.Octreotide is a synthetic somatostatin analog(SSA),which was first radiolabeled in 1983,allowing SSTR imaging with a nuclear medicine gamma camera.Currently,several radiolabeled drugs including ^(111)In-pentetreotide,^(68)Ga-SSA,^(18)F-SSA,^(64)Cu-SSA have been used in the imaging of NENs.
