摘要
为了研究分段划分对现代造船工艺的影响,提高船舶的建造效率,结合传统油船的分段划分,对MR油船货舱区分段划分进行调整,并进行优缺点对比分析。结果表明,通过对分段划分和局部结构的优化,降低了现场的建造难度,减少了错误返工,从而达到缩短生产周期,实现降本增效。本船的一些工艺改进观点也为同类型油船提供参考。
To study the influence of segment division on modern shipbuilding technology and improve the construction efficiency of ships,combined with the segment division of traditional tanker,the segment division of MR Tanker cargo hold is optimized and a comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages is made.The results show that through the division of sections and the optimization of local structure,the difficulty of site construction is reduced,the error rework is reduced,the production cycle is shortened,the cost is reduced,and efficiency is increased for enterprises.Some technological improvement points of this ship also provide a reference for the same type of tanker.
