摘要
研究旨在评估胆木提取物对小鼠生长性能、免疫功能及肠道菌群结构的影响。选取健康状况良好、体重相近的C57BL/6J雄性小鼠60只,随机分为3个组。对照(CON)组饲喂基础饲粮,低剂量胆木(LDM)组在基础饲粮中添加600 mg/kg的胆木提取物,高剂量胆木(HDM)组在基础饲粮中添加1200 mg/kg的胆木提取物,试验期28 d。结果表明:①与CON组相比,HDM组胸腺指数和脾脏指数均显著增加(P<0.05),分别提高了8.21%和7.27%。②与CON组相比,LDM组和HDM组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平均显著升高(P<0.05),分别提高了6.68%和7.12%,HDM组的免疫球蛋白G(lgG)水平显著升高(P<0.05),提高了8.89%。③与CON组相比,LDM组和HDM组另枝菌属(Alistipes)、脱硫弧菌属(Desulfovibrio)、Lachnospiraceae_UCG-006和密螺旋体属(Treponema)的相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)和普拉梭菌属(Faecalibaculum)的相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05)。HDM组杜博氏菌属(Dubosiella)的相对丰度极显著增加(P<0.01)。综上所述,在小鼠饲粮中添加胆木提取物,可调节肠道微生物菌群,改善肠道内环境,提高小鼠的免疫功能。
This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Nauclea officinalis on growth performance,immune function,and intestinal flora structure in mice.Sixty healthy C57BL/6J male mice with similar body weight were randomly divided into three groups.The control group(CON)was fed with based diet,the Low dose group(LDM)was supplemented with 600 mg/kg extract of Nauclea officinalis in the basal diet.The highdose group(HDM)was supplemented with 1200 mg/kg extract of Nauclea officinalis in the basal diet for a 28-day experimental period.The experimental results showed that:①compared with the CON group,thymus index and spleen index in the HDM group were significantly increased(P<0.05),which were increased by 8.21%and 7.27%,respectively.②Compared with the CON group,IgA in the LDM group and HDM group was significantly increased(P<0.05)by 6.68%and 7.12%,respectively,and lgG in the HDM group were significantly increased(P<0.05),by 8.89%.③Compared with the CON group,the relative abundance of Alistipes,Desulfo⁃vibrio,Lachnospiraceae_UCG-006 and Treponema in the LDM and HDM groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Bifidobacterium and Faecalibaculum in the LDM and HDM groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Dubosiella in HDM group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).In conclusion,the intestinal microflora of mice can be regulated,the intestinal environment could be improved,and the immune function could be improved by adding the extract of Nauclea officinalis to the diet of mice.
