摘要
由于正置式坡屋面防水层在保温层上面,干挂工艺中固定顺水条时,容易造成防水隐蔽工程的漏水隐患。因此,结合某小区多层洋房工程实例,采用预先固定顺水条的技术方法,对正置式坡屋面挂瓦关键技术和过程质量管理展开论述,解决了传统施工工艺中预埋钢筋头造成屋面防水层破坏的问题,提高了屋面施工质量,可为同类工程提供技术参考。
Since the waterproof layer of an upright sloped roof is positioned above the insulation layer,concealed waterproof works are prone to leaks during the fixation of water guide strips in the dry-hanging process.Using a multi-story villa project as an example,a method of pre-fixing water guide strips is implemented.Key techniques and process quality management for dry-hanging tiles on upright sloped roofs are analyzed.This approach addresses the issue of roof waterproof layer damage caused by embedded rebar heads in traditional construction methods,enhancing roof construction quality and offering technical references for similar projects.
