摘要
线性α-烯烃作为一种有机中间体原料,在高端聚烯烃行业中有着重要的应用。乙烯齐聚法制备线性α-烯烃工艺技术具有产品质量好、反应活性高和选择性好等优点,已成为线性α-烯烃共聚单体的主要生产技术。主要综述了国内外乙烯齐聚制线性α-烯烃工艺技术,包括乙烯选择性二聚制1-丁烯、乙烯选择性三聚制1-己烯、乙烯选择性四聚制1-辛烯和乙烯非选择性齐聚制全分布线性α-烯烃,并对国内外线性α-烯烃生产工艺进行介绍。
As organic intermediate materials,linear alpha-olefins have important applications in high-end polyolefin industry.With the advantages of good product quality,high reactivity and good selectivity,ethylene oligomerization reaction has become the main production technology of linearα-olefin copolymer.The production technology from ethylene oligomerization to linear alpha-olefin was reviewed,including ethylene selective dimerization to 1-butene,ethylene selective trimerization to 1-hexene,ethylene selective tetramerization to 1-octene and ethylene non-selective oligomerization to fully distributed linear alpha-olefins,the production process of linear alpha-olefins was also introduced.
