摘要
为解决目前化学防砂方法局限性大、强度不够、储层伤害等问题,以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酰胺为单体,以尿素、水玻璃和碳酸氢铵为原料,在30℃条件下发生共聚反应制得一种含有硅基团的化学防砂剂。该防砂剂在90℃下耐温性较好,防砂率为78.9%;最佳固化时间为16 h左右,出砂量为1.41 g;防砂剂在驱替流量5 mL/min时仍具有较好的耐冲刷性,出砂量为8.73 g;岩心水相和油相渗透率下降率分别为18.64%和9.35%;并且能够有效阻挡大于0.074 mm粒径的石英砂。
To address the limitations,insufficient strength,and reservoir damage of current chemical sand control methods,the author designed and synthesized a chemical sand control agent containing silicon groups.The sand control agent was prepared by copolymerization reaction of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride with acrylamide,urea,water glass,and ammonium bicarbonate at 30℃.Through performance evaluation,it was found that the synthesized sand control agent has good temperature resistance at 90℃,with a sand control rate of 78.9%;The optimal curing time is about 16 hours,with a sand output is 1.41 g;The sand control agent still has good erosion resistance at a flow rate of 5 mL/min,with a sand output of 8.73 g;The decrease rates of water and oil permeability of the core samples are 18.64%and 9.35%,respectively;The sand control agent can effectively block quartz sand with a particle size greater than 0.074 mm,indicating that the silicon containing sand control agent has superior performance in all aspects.
