虚拟人技术发展及其在销售领域的应用前景研究

摘要 随着人工智能、计算机图形学以及人机交互等相关技术的进步,虚拟人技术得到了长足的发展,并在诸多领域得到了应用。本文介绍了虚拟人技术的相关概念和当前虚拟人技术构建的主要方法。在此基础上,详细分析虚拟人技术在客户服务、娱乐传媒、教育培训、游戏互动等领域中的应用,以及不同应用场景对虚拟人能力的要求。文章对虚拟人技术在增强虚拟人智能、丰富情感和个性、提升交互体验、构建元宇宙虚拟社会等的未来发展方向进行展望,并讨论了虚拟人技术的伦理规范和社会影响等问题。本文为虚拟人技术的发展历程和应用现状提供了全面的综述,也分析了当前的技术瓶颈与未来发展方向,为该领域的研究进一步拓展提供了参考。 With the improvement of artificial intelligence,computer graphics,human-computer interaction and other related technologies,virtual human technology has made significant progress.This has been applied in many areas.This article will introduce the concepts related to virtual human technology,including the main methods for building virtual human body technology,such as face/speech cloning,language/behavior simulation,etc.In addition,the typical application cases of virtual human technology in customer service,entertainment media,education and training,game interaction and other fields with the requirements of different application scenarios for virtual human capabilities are analyzed in detail.After that,we look forward to the future development direction of virtual human technology,including enhancing virtual human intelligence,enriching emotions and personality,enhancing interactive experience,and building a metaverse virtual society.We also discuss the ethical norms and social impacts of virtual human technology.This article provides a comprehensive overview of the development history and current application status of virtual human technology,as well as an analysis of current technical bottlenecks and future development directions,providing a reference for further expansion of research in this field.
