不确定需求下考虑多级设施中断的电子信息产品分销中心选址与库存优化

Research on Distribution Center Location and Inventory Optimization with Multi-echelon Facility Disruptions and Uncertain Demand for Electronic Information Product Supply Chain

摘要 考虑不确定需求下电子信息产品供应链易中断的特点,针对由制造中心、分销中心与零售商构成的产品分销网络,综合考虑制造中心与分销中心均可能中断且中断概率不同的实际,融入后备供应策略,构建分销中心选址与库存优化问题的多阶段决策模型,并针对模型决策不确定性强、非线性、处理困难等特点,在快速非支配排序遗传算法中嵌入最大似然取样法进行求解,最后通过算例验证了模型和算法的有效性。研究结果表明,在发生多级设施中断时,不确定需求下考虑多级设施中断风险的选址与库存优化模型更贴近问题的实际特征,其供应链分销网络建设结构更趋分散,且在稳定分销中心库存水平及保障电子信息产品分销网络安全持续运营方面具有明显优势。 Due to the demand uncertainty and the characteristics of the electronic information product supply chain that is vulnerable to the risk of disruption,a multi-stage decision-making model for the optimization of distribution centre location and inventory of the electronic information product distribution network consisting of manufacturing centers,distribution centers and retailers is proposed,taking into account the fact that the disruption risk of manufacturing centers and distribution centers may exist and the probability of disruption is different,and incorporating the backup supply strategy.As for the characteristics of model decision-making with great uncertainty,non-linearity and processing difficulty,the maximum likelihood sampling method is embedded in the fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm to achieve the solution of the problem.Finally,the algorithmic example and the parametric sensitivity analysis are used to verify the correctness of the model and the validity of the algorithm.The results show that the model considering the risk of multilevel facility disruption in the context of uncertain demand presents a more decentralized structure of supply chain distribution network construction when multilevel disruption actually occurs,and the network structure plays a prominent role in stabilizing the inventory level of the distribution centre as well as guaranteeing the stable and continuous operation of the distribution network of electronic information products.
