摘要
随着经济的发展和财政管理体制的不断改革,行政事业单位的财务管理面临更高的要求。财务流程的优化对提高行政事业单位的资金使用效率、加强内部管理控制以及提升公共服务水平具有重要意义。文章深入分析了行政事业单位财务流程的现状及存在问题,基于财务供应链管理理念提出了有效的优化措施,以期为行政事业单位的财务管理提供理论支持和实践指导。
With the development of economy and the continuous reform of financial management system,the financial management of administrative institutions is facing higher requirements.The optimization of the financial process is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the use of funds,strengthen the internal management control and enhance the level of public service.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the financial process of administrative institutions,and proposes effective optimization measures based on the concept of financial supply chain management,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the financial management of administrative institutions.
