摘要
新型农村集体经济作为乡村振兴的重要组成部分,对促进农业农村现代化、城乡融合发展、农民增收致富具有重要意义。然而,当前新型农村集体经济发展仍面临诸多现实问题,如产业发展动力不足、人才匮乏、乡村文化支持薄弱、资金保障不到位等,亟须采取有效措施加以解决。为此,应当从激发内生动力、加强人才队伍建设、丰富乡村文化供给、加大资金支持力度等方面入手,推动新型农村集体经济高质量发展,为全面推进乡村振兴、加快农业农村现代化提供有力支撑。
As an important component of rural revitalization,the new rural collective economy is of great significance in promoting agricultural and rural modernization,urban-rural integration development,and increasing farmers'income and wealth.However,the current development of the new rural collective economy stil faces many practical problems,such as insufficient driving force for industrial development,lack of talent,weak support for rural culture,and inadequate financial security.Effective measures urgently need to be taken to solve these problems.To this end,efforts should be made to stimulate endogenous motivation,strengthen the construction of talent teams,enrich the supply of rural culture,and increase financial support to promote the high-quality development of the new rural collective economy,providing strong support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
