摘要
目的:设计一种操作简单、高性价比的液氧罐液位及压力监控系统,以实现液氧罐液位和压力的实时监测及自动报警功能。方法:该系统以STC89C52单片机作为控制核心,分为主机和从机,硬件主要由液氧液位测量模块、氧气压力测量模块、无线传输模块、系统报警模块组成。其中,液氧液位测量模块主要由CYJ-3型电子远传差压计和I/V转换电路组成;氧气压力测量模块采用LST-131型压力变送器;无线传输模块采用ANT-E31-T50S2芯片;系统报警模块主要由蜂鸣器和全球移动通信系统组成。软件采用C语言编程、Keil软件编译。对该系统的数据传输功能、数据精度和模拟报警功能进行测试,以验证该系统的性能。结果:实验表明,该系统能发送数据并实时显示,可实现数据传输功能;数据精度合格,准确率≥95%;短信漏发率≤5%,能实现较好的预警功能。结论:该系统能够满足液氧罐液位及压力监控要求,可为中心供氧系统的稳定运行提供保障。
Objective To design an easy-to-operate and cost-effective liquid oxygen tank level and pressure monitoring system to achieve real-time monitoring and automatic alarm for liquid oxygen level and oxygen pressure.Methods A liquid oxygen tank level and pressure monitoring system was developed with a STC89C52 microcontroller as the core control unit and the components of a master machine and a slave machine.The hardware part of the system was composed of a liquid oxygen level detection module,an oxygen pressure measurement module,a wireless transmission module and an alarm module.The liquid oxygen level detection module consisted of a CYJ-3 electronic differential pressure gauge and an I/V conversion circuit;the oxygen pressure measurement module involved in a LST-131 pressure transmitter;the wireless transmission module adopted an ANT-E31-T50S2 chip;the alarm module was made up of a buzzer and the GSM.The software of the system was programmed with C language and compiled by Keil software.The system had its performance verified by testing its functions for data transmission,data accuracy and analog alarm.Results The experiments proved the system developed gained advanta-ges in data transmission and real-time display;the system had the data accuracy not lower than 95%;the system behaved well in analog alarm with the rate of missed SMS not higher than 5%.Conclusion The system developed can be used for liquid oxygen level and pressure monitoring,and provides support for the stable operation of the central oxygen supply system.
