摘要
以互动式心理主题班会为载体,帮助“00”后大学生进行情绪管理,能对当代大学生的心理健康和心理素质发展起到积极有利的作用。该文以《熹微之光,引心向阳》的心理主题班会为例,通过互动式的心理主题班会,提高心理辅导效率,促进大学生心理健康发展,丰富主题班会内容,增强大学生班级凝聚力,对推进高校班级建设十分重要。
Interactive psychological theme class meeting as a carrier to help“00”college students to carry out emotional management,can play a positive and favorable role in the development of psychological health and psychological quality of contemporary college students.This paper takes the psychological theme class meeting of《The first light,the heart to the sun》as an example,through the interactive psychological theme class meeting,improve the efficiency of psychological counseling,promote the development of college students'mental health,enrich the content of the theme class meeting,enhance the cohesion of college students'class,which is very important to promote the construction of college classes.
