摘要
韩国高等教育的发展滞后于国家发展,高等教育的科技引领作用不突出,高等教育尖端人才培养的功能不明显,高等教育促进区域经济发展的效能不显著。2023年4月,韩国政府出台了《先行者:韩国大学大胆革新“全球本土化大学30计划”促进方案》,在未来10年内大胆创新,遴选30所与科技产业联系紧密、引领行业创新、促进地区经济发展、具有国际竞争力的高水平大学。以大学的教学、科研、社会服务三大职能为纽带,协同提升韩国国家、地区与大学的全球竞争力水平。从打破学科“协作壁垒”,构建部门“合作伙伴关系”,打造大学间“共同成长体系”三维目标出发,突破全球化一体化、加速信息化背景下韩国大学发展的瓶颈与困囿。
The development of higher education in ROK lags behind the national developmentand and the technology leading role of higher education is not prominent.The function of cultivating cutting-edge talents in higher education is not obvious and the effectiveness of higher education in promoting regional economic development is not significant.In April 2023,the ROK government introduced the Pioneers:Korean Universities Dare to Innovate the"Glocal University 30 Plan"promotion plan.Over the next 10 years the plan aims to boldly innovate and select 30 high-level universities that are closely related to the technology industryleading industry innovation promoting regional economic developmentand possessing international competitiveness.Collaborate to enhance the global competitiveness of ROK countriesregionsand universities through the three major functions of teachingresearchand social services of universities.Starting from breaking down disciplinary"collaboration barriers"building departmental"partnerships"and creating a three-dimensional goal system of"common growth"among universities we aim to break through the bottlenecks and constraints of the development of Korean universities in the context of globalization,integration and accelerated informatization.
