摘要
针对某660MW机组锅炉在实施烟气脱硝技术改造后出现的空预器堵塞现象,导致吹灰频率上升,并伴随着受热面的吹损问题。为缓解空预器的堵塞状况并提升锅炉运行效率,本文提出采用烟气余热利用系统的两种改造方案。通过综合对比分析,并结合电厂实际运行情况,最终决定采用方案二作为此次改造的实施方案。研究结果表明,该方案能够有效解决堵灰和腐蚀问题。
In response to the phenomenon of air preheater blockage that occurred after the implementation of flue gas denitrification technology retrofit for a certain 660MW unit boiler,resulting in increased soot blowing frequency and accompanied by the problem of heating surface erosion.To alleviate the blockage of the air preheater and improve the operating efficiency of the boiler,this paper proposes two retrofit schemes for the flue gas waste heat utilization system.Through comprehensive comparative analysis and in combination with the actual operating conditions of the power plant,it was ultimately decided to adopt Scheme II as the implementation plan for this retrofit.The research results show that this scheme can effectively solve the problems of ash blocking and corrosion.
