摘要
以5 a生“美八”“粉红女士”苹果品种为试材,选用有机钙制剂、苯嗪草酮两种化学药剂进行疏花试验,探究不同化学疏花剂对苹果疏除效果及果实品质的影响。结果表明,喷施不同浓度的有机钙制剂和苯嗪草酮显著降低“美八”“粉红女士”苹果品种花朵坐果率、花序坐果率,提高单果率。同时,有机钙制剂显著提高“美八”“粉红女士”苹果的单果重、可溶性糖含量;苯嗪草酮显著提高“美八”“粉红女士”苹果的单果重,对果实品质没有影响。综合比较,有机钙制剂150倍和苯嗪草酮0.5 g/L对“美八”“粉红女士”苹果疏除效果较好。
Five-year-old‘Meiba’and‘Pink Lady’apple varieties were used as experimental materials to evaluate the effects of two chemical thinning agents,an organic calcium preparation and metamitron on flower thinning efficiency and fruit quality.The results showed that the spraying of organic calcium preparation and metamitron at different concentrations significantly reduced the fruit-setting rate of flowers and inflorescence of‘Meiba’and‘Pink Lady’apples while increasing the the proportion of single fruits.The organic calcium preparation significantly increased the single fruit weight and the soluble sugar content in both apple varieties.Meanwhile,metamitron increased the single fruit weight without affecting fruit quality.A comprehensive comparison showed that organic calcium preparation at 150-fold dilution factor and metamitron at 0.5 g/L concentration achieved optimal flower thinning results for‘Meiba’and‘Pink Lady’apples.
