基于测试排查法在奔驰AMG G63加速无力故障诊断中的应用

摘要 本研究聚焦于梅赛德斯-奔驰AMG G63车型发动机故障指示灯点亮及加速性能下降的问题。通过使用故障诊断仪,对AMG G63进行了针对性的故障测试。研究采用系统性的排查方法,逐步缩小潜在故障范围,最终精准定位了故障源头。通过多次测试及排查,对比引导性检查结论,逐层排查故障结果。这一过程不仅深入剖析了发动机故障的报码机制,还为解决发动机加速性能不足的问题提供了坚实的理论基础。此外,本研究还总结了一套详细的测试排查法诊断思路,旨在帮助技术人员快速准确地识别并解决类似故障,从而确保梅赛德斯-奔驰AMG G63车型的稳定运行和卓越性能。 This study focuses on the issue of the malfunction indicator light on the engine and the decrease in acceleration performance of the Mercedes Benz AMG G63 model.Targeted fault testing was conducted on AMG G63 using a fault diagnosis tool.The study adopted a systematic troubleshooting method,gradually narrowing down the potential scope of faults,and ultimately accurately locating the source of the fault.By conducting multiple tests and troubleshooting,comparing the conclusions of guided inspections,and systematically investigating the fault results layer by layer.This process not only deeply analyzed the reporting mechanism of engine faults,but also provided a solid theoretical basis for solving the problem of insufficient engine acceleration performance.In addition,this study also summarized a detailed diagnostic approach using testing and troubleshooting methods,aimed at helping technicians quickly and accurately identify and solve similar faults,thereby ensuring the stable operation and excellent performance of the Mercedes Benz AMG G63 model.
