摘要
为提高育肥牛真胃炎的诊治效果,笔者采用加味乌贝散对20例育肥牛真胃炎的治疗效果进行观察,结果发现加味乌贝散能在促进真胃溃疡面恢复的基础上,提高育肥牛真胃炎治愈率。在此基础上对育肥牛真胃炎的治疗过程进行分析,提出了强化饲养管理、及早诊断识别、注重合理用药等方面的实践探索,可为全面归纳真胃炎治疗经验提供参考。
In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of fattening cattle,in April 2023,the author observed the treatment effect of 20 cases of fattening cattle real gastritis,and found that Jiawei Ube San could improve the cure rate of true gastritis in fattening cattle on the basis of promoting the recovery of ulcer surface.Based on this,the treatment process of true gastritis in fattening cattle was analyzed,and practical explorations of strengthening breeding management,early diagnosis and identification,and paying attention to reasonable medication were proposed to provide a certain practice reference for comprehensive summary of the experience of real gastritis treatment.
