摘要
选取一超限高层住宅工程项目作为研究对象,以“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”为建筑抗震性能化设计目标,对该建筑展开性能化设计,并通过验算,验证该建筑结构设计质量。经模拟仿真实验可知:该建筑结构在小震状态下,自身抗震性能良好,顶点位移、基底剪力均保持在较小水平。当处于中震状态时,建筑仍能够维持可靠的抗震效果。当处于大震状态时,建筑顶点位移、基底剪力以及倾覆弯矩虽然有所上升,但其最大层间位移角仍然处于合理范围,该建筑结构设计具有良好的抗震能力。
An overrun high-rise residential project was selected as the research object,and the seismic performance design goal of the building was"not damaged by small earthquakes,repairable by medium earthquakes,and not collapsed by large earthquakes",and the performance design of the building was carried out,and the design quality of the building structure was verified by the calculation method.Through simulation experiments,it can be seen that the seismic performance of the building structure is good in the state of small earthquakes,and the vertex displacement and base shear force are kept at a small level.Even in the event of a moderate earthquake,the building remains reliably seismically resistant.When the building is in a large earthquake state,although the displacement of the apex,the shear force of the foundation and the overturning moment of the building increase,the maximum interstory displacement angle is still within a reasonable range,and the design of the building structure has excellent seismic resistance.
