摘要
随着环保意识的增强和排放标准的日益严格,燃煤锅炉的脱硫脱氮技术成为热电联产供热工程中的重要环节。循环流化床锅炉作为一种高效、低污染的燃煤技术,因燃料适应性广、负荷调节性能好、灰渣易于综合利用等优点,在国内外得到广泛的商业推广和应用。特别是在热电联产供热工程中,循环流化床锅炉不仅能够有效提高能源利用率,还能显著降低SO2和NOx等污染物排放,对改善空气质量具有重要意义。基于此,本文以某热电厂“以大代小”供热工程为例,分析循环流化床锅炉的脱硫脱氮工艺、效果及正常运行的保证措施,以期为相关工作提供参考和借鉴。
With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the increasingly strict emission standards,the desulfurization and denitrification technology of coal-fired boilers has become an important part of cogeneration heating projects.Circulating fluidized bed boiler,as an efficient and low pollution coal-fired technology,has been widely promoted and applied in commercial fields both domestically and internationally due to its wide fuel adaptability,good load regulation performance,and easy comprehensive utilization of ash residue.Especially in cogeneration heating projects,circulating fluidized bed boilers can not only effectively improve energy utilization efficiency,but also significantly reduce emissions of pollutants such as SO2 and NOx,which is of great significance for improving air quality.Based on this,this article takes the"replacing small with large"heating project of a certain thermal power plant as an example to analyze the desulfurization and denitrification process,effect,and measures to ensure its normal operation rate of circulating fluidized bed boilers,in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of related work.
