水蒸气含量对M2Al高速钢高温加热氧化的研究

摘要 为探究炉内气氛中的H_(2)O对钢氧化的影响,在1250℃的温度及不同水含量H_(2)O-N_(2)气氛下进行了M2Al高速钢的氧化实验。通过对氧化增重的测量得到了不同H_(2)O含量下的氧化动力学曲线,采用扫描电镜(SEM)等对氧化铁皮的形貌和结构进行了分析。结果表明:氧化动力学曲线服从抛物线规律,H_(2)O含量由12%增加到19.5%时,抛物线速率常数从2.66×10^(-6)g^(2)/(cm^(4)·s)逐渐增大到4.73×10^(-6)g^(2)/(cm^(4)·s)。氧化铁皮由致密的Fe 3O 4层和疏松的FeO层组成,前者内部存在少量纵向裂纹且沿裂纹方向弥散分布少量FeO,后者内部有大量孔洞且离基体越远孔洞越大,FeO层的孔洞随着H_(2)O含量的增加而增多。氧化气氛中H_(2)O解离出的氢融入氧化铁皮沿晶界向内扩散,并使得沿途的Fe 3O 4还原为FeO。 In order to explore the effect of H_(2)O in the furnace atmosphere on the oxidation of steel,the oxidation experiment of M2Al high speed steel was carried out at 1250℃and different water content H_(2)O-N_(2)atmosphere.The oxidation kinetic curves under different H_(2)O contents were obtained by measuring the oxidation weight gain.The morphology and structure of the oxide scale were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the oxidation kinetics curve obeys the parabolic law.When the H_(2)O content increases from 12%to 19.5%,the parabolic rate constant gradually increases from 2.66×10^(-6)g^(2)/(cm^(4)·s)to 4.73×10^(-6)g^(2)/(cm^(4)·s).The oxide scale is composed of a dense Fe 3O 4 layer and a loose FeO layer.There are a small number of longitudinal cracks in the former and a small amount of FeO is dispersed along the crack direction.There are a large number of holes in the latter and the farther away from the matrix,the larger the holes.The holes in the FeO layer increase with the increase of H_(2)O content.The hydrogen dissociated from H_(2)O in the oxidizing atmosphere diffused into the oxide scale along the grain boundary and reduced Fe 3O 4 to FeO along the way.
