摘要
随着信息技术的不断进步,大数据技术已成为引领各行业转型与变革的关键驱动力。在智能制造领域,机器人自动化控制系统作为提升生产效率、保障产品质量的关键技术,正逐渐与大数据技术深度融合,展现出前所未有的潜力和价值。本文以变电站智能巡检机器人为研究对象,依据其总体需求与设计原则,对机器人进行模块化分解,并运用大数据技术构建的变电站智能巡检机器人的系统架构、组件选择以及各项功能特性。
With the continuous advancement of information technology,big data has emerged as a pivotal force driving transformation and innovation across various industries.In the field of intelligent manufacturing,robotic automation control systems,serving as a crucial technology for enhancing production efficiency and ensuring product quality,are increasingly integrating with big data technology,demonstrating unprecedented potential and value.This paper focuses on intelligent inspection robots for substations.Based on their overall requirements and design principles,the robots are decomposed into modules,and the system architecture,component selection,and various functional characteristics of the intelligent inspection robots for substations constructed using big data technology are elaborated.
