摘要
松材线虫病作为全球最具破坏性的森林病害之一,严重威胁着国有林地的生态环境和森林资源。该文针对广东省连山林场松材线虫病防治的实际情况,探讨了物理防治与化学防治结合的综合性防治措施,着重对阿维菌素乳油、氟吡菌酰胺和甲维吡虫啉三种不同化学药剂在松材线虫中的防治效果进行了对比与分析。结果显示,阿维菌素乳油在毒杀效果及长期持效性方面表现最佳,适用于大面积疫情的防控;氟吡菌酰胺在中等规模疫情中表现良好;而甲维吡虫啉则更适合局部补充防治。
Pine wood nematode disease,one of the most destructive forest diseases globally,poses a serious threat to the ecological environment and forest resources of state-owned forest lands.This paper focuses on the actual prevention and control efforts of pine wood nematode disease in Lianshan Forest Farm,Guangdong Province,and explores an integrated control strategy that combines physical and chemical methods.The study compares and analyzes the efficacy of three chemical agents:Abamectin EC,Fluopyram,and Thiamethoxam in controlling pine wood nematodes.Results show that Abamectin EC demonstrated the best toxic effect and long-term efficacy,making it suitable for large-scale epidemic prevention and control.Fluopyram performed well in medium-scale outbreaks,while Thiamethoxam was more suitable for localized supplemental control.
