摘要
导向滑靴铸件是采煤机的关键部件,其质量好坏直接影响着采整机的品质和采煤生产效率。对使用过程中导向滑靴时常发生断裂问题分析认为导向滑靴的断裂虽有结构设计的影响,但铸件自身质量是导致断裂的主要原因。通过对产品结构实施局部优化设计、对铸造工艺方案进行优化和对关键工序精细控制等措施,可使采煤机导向滑靴铸件的质量得到明显改善。
Guide shoe casting is the key part of shearer,its quality directly affects the quality of the mining machine and mining efficiency.The analysis of fracture of guide sliders in the course of use shows that although the fracture of guide sliders has the influence of structural design,the quality of castings is the main cause of fracture.The quality of shearer guide slipper castings can be improved obviously by implementing local optimization design of product structure,optimizing casting process scheme and fine control of key processes.
