摘要
基于模块化建模思想和机理建模的方法,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件构建了西门子V94.3A型燃气轮机发电机组的计及冷却抽气计算的详细变工况模型,并通过实际运行数据验证了模型的准确性。基于该模型,进行了机组增减负荷的动态性能仿真实验,并深入研究分析了环境条件变化对V94.3A型燃气轮机变工况运行的非线性影响及其主要参数的动态特性,结果表明:负荷突变程度越大机组的转速超调量也越高,且合理地降低环境温度能够显著提升机组的整体性能。
Using modular and mechanism modeling methods,a detailed variable condition model of the Siemens V94.3A gas turbine generator set,accounting for cooling extraction,was constructed using MATLAB/Simulink software,and its accuracy was validated with actual operational data.Based on this model,dynamic performance simulations of load increase and decrease were conducted.The study further analyzed the nonlinear impact of environmental condition changes on the V94.3A gas turbine's variable condition operation and the dynamic characteristics of its key parameters.The results indicate that the greater the load change,the higher the speed overshoot of the unit,and reasonably lowering the environmental temperature can significantly enhance the overall performance of the unit.
