摘要
目前,在青海盐湖工业股份有限公司百万吨“反浮选-冷结晶”法钾肥生产装置中,浮选工序受体系温度和原矿粒度的影响较大。夏季时原矿粒度小,浮选机在工频运行下,浮选泡沫可带走大量光卤石;冬季生产时体系温度低、卤水黏度大、浮选药剂活性低、浮选起泡效果差,浮选收率下降,浮选控制时液面刮浆,同样带走了大量光卤石。文章根据原矿粒度和体系温度的变化,对浮选工序的工艺控制进行调整,通过对浮选机的变频控制和弥补低频下浮选机吸气量的不足,优化浮选工序,提升浮选收率。
At present,in the million ton“reverse flotation-cold crystallization”potash fer-tilizer production plant of Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co.,Ltd.,the flotation process is greatly af-fected by the system temperature and raw ore size.In summer,the size of raw ore is small.Under the power frequency operation of the flotation machine,the flotation foam can take away a large amount of carnallite.In winter,the temperature of system is low,the viscosity of brine is high,the activity of flotation reagent is low,the effect of flotation froth is poor,and the yield of flotation de-creases.During the flotation control,the liquid level scraping also takes away a large amount of carnallite.The article adjusts the process control of the flotation process based on the changes in raw ore particle size and system temperature.By controlling the frequency conversion of the flota-tion machine and compensating for the insufficient suction of the flotation machine at low frequen-cies,the flotation process is optimized to improve the flotation yield.
