后张法预应力箱梁施工技术在铁路桥梁施工中的应用研究

摘要 研究基于新建杭州至长沙铁路客运专线(江西段)站前工程HKJX-5标段中的肖家特大桥工程,分析了后张法预应力箱梁施工技术在铁路桥梁施工中的应用,详细阐述了施工条件与难点、施工准备与预制梁场规划、箱梁预制与安装技术、体系转换与后续施工等关键环节,通过精细化管理和技术创新,该技术有效缩短了施工周期,提升了箱梁质量,降低了工程成本,旨在达到降本增效的目标。 The study is based on the Xiaojia Extra Large Bridge project in the HKJX-5 section of the newly-built Hangzhou Changsha Railway Passenger Dedicated Line(Jiangxi section).The application of post tensioned prestressed box girder construction technology in railway bridge construction is analyzed,and key links such as construction conditions and difficulties,construction preparation and precast beam yard planning,box girder prefabrication and installation technology,system conversion and subsequent construction are elaborated in detail.Through refined management and technological innovation,this technology effectively shortens the construction period,improves the quality of box girders,reduces engineering costs,and aims to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
