北坑水库分层取水塔外形改进与结构优化

摘要 北坑水库分层取水塔采用多层闸门式,三层取水口闸门顺水流向呈阶梯状布置,顺水流向尺寸较大,造成初拟闸墩厚度较大。源于优化结构尺寸及提升水库区景观的考虑,对取水塔外形的改进进行探索,在其闸墩外侧增加弧形塔筒,将取水塔外形由方筒形改进为圆筒形。采用结构力学方法选取典型断面计算原方案与改进方案取水塔各部位的弯矩,结果表明:改进方案对取水塔结构受力的改善是明显的,且闸墩厚度及配筋方案还可进一步优化,以部分抵消改进方案塔筒结构工程量带来的投资增加。取水塔外形采用圆筒形优势突出,此种外形改进的思路可为其他类似工程的设计提供参考。 Three water intakes are arranged in the multi-level water-intake tower of the Beikeng Reservoir project.The water intakes are arranged in a ladder pattern along the water flow direction,thus leading to a large structural size of the tower and great thicknesses of its gate piers.The tower shape was improved for structural-optimization and view-modification purposes.Curved side walls are added surrounding the gate piers,thus changing the tower planar-shape from square into circular.Bending moments in several typical cross-sections of the tower structure are calculated in the original and modified design schemes with the structural mechanics method.The result show that there is a significant improvement in the structural performance of the water-intake tower when the modified scheme is adopted.The gate pier thickness and reinforcement could be further decreased with the modified scheme and this can help offset the construction cost of the side walls.It is indicated that the modified scheme that adopts a cylindrical shape for the tower has its own merits.Such design thoughts on the water-intake tower shape have significant implications for other similar projects.
