61份西瓜种质苗期耐弱光性研究

Study on Weak Light Tolerance of 61 Watermelon Germplasm Resources at Seedling Stage

摘要 本研究以61份西瓜种质为试验材料,在室内设置200μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)和60μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)的LED光强处理,通过测定不同西瓜种质幼苗的13个性状指标及运用相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数分析、聚类分析等多元分析方法对其进行耐弱光性综合评价。结果表明,弱光(60μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)光强)胁迫下,61份西瓜种质幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶宽、叶长、叶柄长度、地上部地下部干鲜重及根系各性状的变异系数均超过对照(200μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)光强),且两者间存在显著的遗传差异性;其次,13个性状的耐弱光系数均存在不同程度的相关性,综合影响着西瓜幼苗的耐弱光能力;通过主成分分析将西瓜13个性状耐弱光系数指标转化为4个相互独立的综合指标,其累计贡献率达到80.48%;通过隶属函数分析并按D值大小进行聚类分析,将61份种质分成4类,其中Ⅰ类极耐弱光性种质1份、Ⅱ类耐弱光性种质22份、Ⅲ类中耐弱光性种质7份、Ⅳ类弱光敏感性种质31份;筛选出的耐弱光性最强种质为HY-25、HY-90和HY-81。本研究结果可为筛选西瓜耐弱光性鉴定指标、科学评价西瓜种质的耐弱光性提供参考依据。 In this study,61 watermelon germplasms were used as experimental materials,and two indoor LED light intensity treatments were set as 200μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)(CK)and 60μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)(weak light).Through detecting 13 seedling indicators of different watermelon germplasms,and using multiple analysis methods including correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function analysis and clus-ter analysis,their tolerance to weak light were comprehensively evaluated.The results indicated that under weak light stress,the variation coefficient of plant height,stem diameter,leaf width,leaf length,petiole length,aboveground and underground dry and fresh weights,and root indicators of seedlings of the 61 water-melon germplasms exceeded that of CK,and there were significant genetic differences between them.All the 13 indicators had varying degrees of correlation,which comprehensively affected the weak light tolerance of watermelon seedlings.By principal component analysis,the 13 indicators could be transformed into 4 inde-pendent comprehensive indicators with the cumulative contribution rate as 80.48%.After membership function analysis and cluster analysis,the 61 materials were divided into 4 categories according to the D value,among which,theⅠcategory included 1 germplasm resource with extreme weak light tolerance,theⅡcategory in-cluded 22 germplasm resources with weak light tolerance,theⅢcategory included 7 germplasm resources with medium tolerance to weak light,and theⅣcategory included 31 germplasm resources sensitive to weak light.The germplasm resources of HY-25,HY-90 and HY-81 were selected with higher tolerance to weak light.These results could provide references for screening identification indicators of weak light tolerance for water-melon and scientifically evaluating the weak light tolerance of watermelon germplasms.
