摘要
吉林省森林资源丰富,是我国东北林区的主要组成部分,也是我国重要的林业基地。本文依据第九次全国森林资源清查资料数据,选取生物量转换因子连续函数法对吉林省森林碳储量进行估算,采用造林成本法和碳税率法对森林碳汇经济价值进行评估。结果表明:吉林省森林碳储量约480.28 TgC,阔叶混交林、栎类和针阔混交林为主要贡献者,其中,阔叶混交林碳储量为280.55 TgC,占吉林省森林碳储量的58.41%,居全省首位;不同起源林碳储量不同,天然林优势显著,是人工林碳储量的8.14倍;不同林龄中,近熟林碳储量最高,占森林总碳储量的31.69%,其次是成熟林和中龄林。造林成本法和碳税率法下吉林省森林碳汇价值分别为1343.50×10^(8)元和5763.36×10^(8)元。吉林省森林资源禀赋优越,碳汇价值较高,未来上升潜力较大,今后应加强森林的抚育管理,新造林注重优势树种的选择,合理增加混交林构建比例,逐步培育形成健康稳定、优质高效的森林生态系统。
The forest resources in Jilin Province are rich,which is the main part of the forest area in northeast China and an important forestry base in China.Based on the data of the 9th National Forest Resources Inventory,this paper selected the biomass conversion factor continuous function method to estimate the forest carbon stock in Jilin Province,and the cost of afforestation method and carbon tax method were used to evaluate the economic value of forest carbon sinks.The results show that the forest carbon stock of Jilin Province is about 480.28 TgC,and the broad-leaved mixed forest,quercus and theropencedrymion are the main contributors to forest carbon stock of Jilin Province,among which the forest carbon stock of broad-leaved mixed forest is 280.55 TgC,accounting for 58.41%of forest carbon stock in Jilin Province,ranking first in the province;The carbon stock of different origins forests is different,and the natural forests have a significant advantage,which was 8.14 times of that of plantation forest.Among different forest ages,near-mature forests have the highest carbon stock,accounting for 31.69%of the total forest carbon stock,followed by mature forest and middle-aged forest.The forest carbon sink value in Jilin Province is assessed at 134.355 billion yuan and 576.336 billion yuan respectively under cost of afforestation method and carbon tax rate method.The forest resources in Jilin Province are endowed with favorable conditions,high carbon sink value and great potential for future growth in Jilin Province.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen forest management,the new afforestation should pay attention to the selection of dominant tree species,and rationally increase the proportion of mixed forest construction,and gradually cultivate a healthy,stable,high-quality,and efficient forest ecosystem.
