摘要
恶性肿瘤患儿照顾者失志综合征是指照顾者个体意志消沉、以持续无力应对压力及主观无能感为特征,同时伴有绝望表现的一种临床综合征。恶性肿瘤患儿照顾者发生失志综合征不仅会影响患儿的生活质量与预后,同时也会影响自身的身心健康。基于现代优质护理服务理念以及“以人为本”的思想,加强恶性肿瘤患儿照护者失志综合征的相关研究具有积极意义。本研究以循证医学思维为依托,总结恶性肿瘤患儿照护者失志综合征的前沿知识和护理干预进展,以期提高临床医护人员对该疾病的认知,以及为制定干预支持策略、减轻照护负担、提高照护质量提供参考。
Demoralization syndrome in caregivers of children with malignant tumors is characterized by individual depression,persistent inability to cope with stress and subjective impotence,and despair.Demoralization syndrome in caregivers of children with malignant tumors not only affects the quality of life and prognosis of the children,but also affects caregivers own physical and mental health.Based on the concept of modern quality nursing service and the idea of“humancenteredness”,it is necessary to strengthen the study on demoralization syndrome in caregivers of children with malignant tumors,which is of positive significance.Based on evidence-based medical thinking,this paper aims to summarize the cutting-edge knowledge of demoralization in caregivers of children with malignant tumors,with a view to improving the cognition of clinical medical staff on this disease.
