摘要
高芳烃化合物因其具有碳含量高、富含稠环芳烃的特点,是进一步缩合制备炭素沥青的理想原料。简述了基于高芳烃化合物制备高软化点炭素沥青材料的反应机理,介绍了热缩聚、空气氧化、减压蒸馏/短程分子蒸馏及其他相关技术,总结了对应技术路线特点和优势,最后对高软化点炭素沥青制备技术发展方向进行了展望。
High aromatic compounds are ideal raw materials for further condensation to prepare carbon asphalt because of its high carbon content and rich polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.The reaction mechanism of preparing high softening point carbon asphalt based on high aromatic compounds was described.The thermal condensation,air oxidation,vacuum distillation/molecular distillation and other technologies were introduced.The characteristics and advantages of the corresponding technical routes were summarized.Finally,the development direction of high softening point carbon asphalt preparation technology was prospected.
